Kirk McDonald – General Manager

With degrees from the University of Washington in Construction Management and Architecture and involved in the construction field for more than 16 years, Kirk has held many positions from laborer to company owner, and served in many different roles in the construction process from design to construction management. Kirk has work experience that ranges from working in the field for a small residential contractor, to working in construction management for one of the largest commercial general contractors on the west coast. A designer at heart, Kirk finds himself fascinated by architecture and will often travel to remote locations just to gaze at the works of great architects. But while at work, Kirk finds himself fascinated and intrigued by the intricacies involved in the various mitigation and restoration projects undertaken by Servpro each year – after all it does take a designers mind to track how water and smoke can travel through a building (especially in very complicated situations). Kirk continually uses his expertise in building design and construction to teach the team at Servpro in order to ensure that the mitigation process is completed as thoroughly as possible.

Elizabeth Borges – Senior Project Manager

Originally born and educated in Brazil, Elizabeth brings her latin spirit and zest for life to her projects as our Senior Project Manager. Her caring and  people- focused attitude served her well for years in the international hospitality industry, after graduating college with a BA in Business.  She brings that same grit and grace to the disaster restoration field. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English and trained as a Construction Inspector, as well as many IICRC certifications,  Elizabeth brings plenty of organizational and technical skills to her work, but just as importantly, her great ability to relate to and put her customers at ease.
 

Dave Weedston – Operations Manager

Dave has been with Servpro since before we were Servpro, back in the days of being the independent restoration company of Mr. Shine! When Dave is not tending to his two lovely young daughters, her is eating, breathing, and sleeping restoration and customer service. Dave is the marshaler of the troops, the organization behind our crews, and the answer-man for our tech’s questions.

 

Tracy Fox – Office Manager

Tracy Fox has been with the Servpro family since August of 2008. She has worked with all aspects of accounts receivable, accounts payable, job file management, as well as customer service and scheduling. She has been working as the Office Manager since February of 2009, and currently handles most aspects of Accounts payable and personnel management. She also oversees accounts receivable,  job file management and audits, and heads up our superstar telephone customer service team!

 

Robin Wauchope – Admin Assistant

Robin is one of our Administrative Assistants as well as Accounts Receivable. She has been with us since August of ’09. When you call into the office, chances are you’ll be talking to her. She is an important part of our customer service team – thanks for your sweet spirit and sense of humor Robin! Oh, and if you owe us money, Robin will be calling you!

 

Rebecca Jepson – Admin Assistant

Rebecca is one of our Administrative Assistant's who’s main area of responsibility is as liaison for insurance companies for estimates and final bills. She has been with our Servpro since February of ’09.  One of her many tasks in the office besides correspondence between Insurance adjusters, Subcontractors,  and Customers is assisting the project managers in the production of job files, estimates and the creation of drying workbooks. She is an asset to our company and a great person to work with. If you are an agent, adjuster or billing team member at an insurance company, Rebecca is who to call with any questions about invoices received.

 

Shelley Butler  -  Director of Relationship Management

Shelley has been in the Insurance Restoration field for just shy of 6 years. After a successful career as a Chef,  Event Planner  and Catering Sales for over 20 years, Shelley went looking for a new challenge, and chose the world of insurance restoration. Her background also includes a Marketing major from SDSU, and a project Management certification from the University of Washington.

During 51/2 years with CRDN of  Western WA prior to joining Servpro of Central Seattle,  she led CRDN  to top 10 national sales honors 3 years in a row. In the summer of ’09, Shelley joined the team at Servpro of Central Seattle, Northeast Seattle & Federal Way to head up their marketing initiatives with Insurance company adjusters, agents & managers, as well as with homeowners and constituents in the commercial restoration arena.

Shelley loves to talk with just about anyone, and sees a stranger as a friend she has yet to make! Shelley loves teaching, and her CE classes (and her cooking classes!) are filled with lots of information and fun. Sign up for one today on our Education page!

 

Randy Haslam  - Project Manager

Randy has been with Servpro of Central Seattle since 2006. Randy is a great teacher to his coworkers, and  a  good communicator with his customers. He is certified in CCT, WRT, ASD and AHERA(building inspection). He also plays a really competitive game of golf!

 

Laura Dawson - Project Manager

Laura has been a proud ServPro of Central Seattle team member since early 2009. She works as the Foreman in our fire shop handling the restoration of contents and managing fire job crews in the field. She is  IICRC certified in Fire & Smoke Restoration as well as an Odor Specialist. You will find Laura to be  a totally committed individual, doing quality work in a timely manner with high attention to detail while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Ryan Allen - Project Manager

Ryan has worked at SPCS since spring of 2008.  He jas certifications in Water Damage Mitigation and Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and AHERA building inspection. 
As a Superintendent, he oversees mitigation of water and mold projects. This includes commercial and residential losses, performing inspections, and offering consultation services.   Ryan has been voted ‘best hair’ among the guys in our organization.

   

Brandon Heese

Brandon Heese – Project Manager

Brandon has been with Servpro Central Seattle, Northeast Seattle & Federal Way Franchises since the spring of 2009. His personable manner and good communication skills are appreciated by our staff and all of Brandon’s clients at  mitigation and restoration projects he heads up! Brandon is certified in Water Damage Mitigation, Mold Remediation(and containment), Fire Damage  Mitigation, Control of Malodors and continues to seek additional certifications.
